Iris Guzman-Ruiz, PhD is a Postdoctoral Scientist at Cedars-Sinai's Cancer Research Center for Health Equity within the Castellon-Lopez Lab and holds a PhD in Community Health Sciences from UCLA's Fielding School of Public Health. Her research examines how social, economic, and policy structures shape people’s lived experiences and contribute to inequities in health and healthcare access, particularly among immigrant and other marginalized groups.
